This 24 year old described her goals for her breast shape change as “have a bra look without a bra”. She also wanted a “natural bounce and a tear-drop shape.” She felt that she never had a shape that pleased her before. She had mild glandular ptosis (breast tissue below the inframammary crease) noted before surgery. Her surgery was a 421cc style 15 Silicone implant laced inframammary and submuscular.
