This is a 34-year-old woman from Cedar Hill, Tennessee who was interested in breast reshaping. She though she may need a lift, and her goals were to have “lifted, rounded, fake looking breasts.” She had never been happy with the size or shape of her breasts. After discussing all of her options, she chose saline 240cc saline implants placed sub-muscularly with a vertical mastopexy and reduction. Realistic expectations were stressed in particular fact that she already started with a moderate amount of asymmetry and that perfect symmetry is exceedingly difficult to achieve and cannot be guaranteed. She is shown here at her pre-op and eight week post-op appointments.
