This is a 34-year-old woman who was interested in a breast augmentation. Her goals were to look natural, proportionate, and not too big. She is athletic and would like to be a “C-cup.” She came in with a preference for saline. After examination, Dr. Kaye spent about thirty minutes discussing the ptosis, and placement of implants alone versus implants and a breast lift. She and her husband decided to go with the breast implants and a vertical lift. She reiterated her goal was not to be “too large” and that she was more interested in shape than volume. She is shown here at her pre-op and six week post-operative appointments. Also note that Dr. Kaye removed some breast tissue from the upper pole of each breast.
