Breast Lift Photos - Case #58710

Patient Case #58710

This 29-year-old from Madisonville, Kentucky was interested in reshaping her breasts. She underwent a breast augmentation on 2006 with 480 cc moderate profile implants filled to 510 cc bilaterally. Since that time, she has had children and successfully breastfed both. She did not like the shape of her breasts subsequently and was tired of carrying the weight. She wanted her implants removed and did not want any further implants at all on initial discussion. Later she brought in a picture showing a patient who had obvious explantation, seriously deflated and was asymmetrical following the procedure. She stated that she absolutely did not want that type of appearance. Her main goal was to reduce her size to a ;small or medium C but she did not want to be without shape. After some time between visits and a long discussion with Dr. Kaye, she decided to go with the breast reduction with an anchor lift and requested that we use a saline implant placed in the same pocket, large enough to produce some fullness in the upper pole, but to meet her overall goals of not being excessively large and having a nice shape. She seemed much more comfortable with the idea of using an implant after our discussion and review of her photographs from pre-op in 2006 up to present time. She is shown here at her pre op and six week post-op appointments.
