Case: 48363 Category: Scar Revision / Scar Repair Age: 8 Gender: Male Skin Tone: Dark Description: This young man had a giant, hairy nevus on his cheek. In addition to being very unsightly, they have a small but ultimate risk of becoming malignant melanoma over the life time of the individual. The challenge is to remove this nevus completely and leave the least noticeable scar on the smooth face of a young person. This was done by carefully placing all sutures under the skin to avoid future tracks. |
After photos were taken 3 Months after surgery/procedure.
