Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #60134

Patient Case #60134

This 61 year-old had subglandular (above the muscle) implants about 20 years ago with another surgeon. She was dissatisfied with the result since the implants were larger than she had requested and her breasts were not lifted at that time. Since then, she has had worsening ptosis (droop is common with very large implants) and a severe capsule contracture of her left breast. This left her with a firm and distorted appearance on that side. This combination of problems made for a very complex re-operation. She had a lift, implant exchange, reduction, and removal of scar tissue from the left breast.
