She wanted a breast augmentation, in particular an improvement in her very significant breast size difference. This is a challenging problem and was solved by using difference sized and shaped saline implants (right high profile 400 cc filled to 400 cc and left moderate profile 260cc filled to 260c). This produced a significant improvement in size and symmetry that the patient was looking for.
