This is a 39-year-old woman who had documented visual field defects secondary to excess skin in the upper lids. She reported lid heaviness, eyelid fatigued by the end of the day and significant visual field deficits requiring uncomfortable neck movement while driving in particular. She is shown here at her pre op and four week post-op appointments.
