This 57 year-old from Kentucky was interested in a facelift. Her goals were to improve the signs of facial aging. She wanted to “slow aging down and improve the deep lines and creases on her face and remove excess skin.” She showed poor elasticity throughout the facial skin including very heavy neck skin. She also had a fair amount of subcutaneous fat and large amount of redundant skin with very visible and prominent vertical folds. Her jowls, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines showed significant facial volume deflation. According to Dr. Kaye, she was a great candidate for a face and neck lift. She is shown her at her pre-op and six weeks post-op appointments.
