This 28-year-old healthy male wanted to have a “normal looking chest”. He is 5’7 and 180 lbs. He took testosterone type supplements for body building years earlier and noted increasing chest fullness with weight gain. Pre-operative evaluation showed only excessive fatty tissue. He underwent tumescent liposuction and post-operative compression to achieve his post- operative result.
