This 45 year old was most bothered by the deep creases and dark circles under her eyes. This feature has been present all of her life, but has become more exaggerated as she has gotten older. Although the deep creases under her eyes are obvious, this is in large part due to the severe loss of volume (fat) in her mid-cheeks. Just correcting the crease would be inadequate. The cheeks “hold up” the lower eyelids to a large degree. She is shown before, 15 minutes after she received 3 syringes of Voluma to her cheeks and 1 syringe of Voluma to the orbital area, and 1 week after receiving treatment.
