This patient has undergone a significant weight loss in the past and has maintained a healthy weight with diet and exercise ever since. She had a breast reduction in 2000 done elsewhere. She underwent Avelar Lipoabdominalplasty and liposuction of the midsection with us 2010. The incision was designed to include her old C section scar. This corrected her lower abdominal skin excess and significantly improved the contour of her belly and torso. Several months later she had tumescent liposuction of her left and right lateral thighs.In June 2014, she had Reverse Abdominalplasty to tighten the upper abdominal skin. This is necessary in a relatively small number of patients. The old breast reduction scars were used for this procedure and the excess skin in the upper belly was tightened by pulling the tissue upwards and removing the excess. She also had further liposuction of her upper abdomen, lateral chest, mid back and the sides of her breasts (which will require some skin removal at a later date for optimal contouring).Photos are obtained from before the first tummy tuck and after 2010, as well as before and after the liposuction of the thighs as well as before and approximately 2 months after the reverse tummy tuck.
