This is a 53-year-old woman from, Guthrie Kentucky, who had a self-diagnosed buffalo hump deformity for well over a year. It had bothered her greatly, but was not painful. This procedure was done with local anesthesia called Tumescent. She is shown here at her pre-op and five week post-op visit. She states she feels more “confident to wear clothes I hadn’t been wearing.”
