The patient is a 36 year-old who wants a “Mommy Makeover.” Her goals were: “To lose the baby pooch, have a flatter tummy, smoother inner thighs and have lifted rounder breasts.” She did “not want to look fake.” She had liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, inner thighs and waist, a lipoabdominoplasty, and a transaxillary (through the armpit), subglandular breast augmentation. She says she has a new found joy for shopping, working out and for life as a whole!
