This 60 year-old was bothered by excess skin, fat, and loose tissue in his upper neck. He underwent a direct rework of this tissue through a direct neck excision, as well as liposuction and a muscle tightening procedure – he wished to avoid a facelift. \ This procedure keeps the sear, which is needed to see, beneath his chin and easily covered with facial hair.
