This is a 64 year old female interested in facial rejuvenation. She is concerned about facial aging; in particular, she is bothered by her neck and deep creases around her mouth. This patient underwent a Facelift, Neck Lift, Liposuction to the face and neck and also fat transfer from the abdomen to the mid and lower face.
