This 44 year old had breast implants performed 14 years ago in another city with tear-drop, textured style implants. She developed excessive firmness and shape change in both breasts over time, indicating capsule contracture. She underwent a bilateral capsule removal and new implants were place under the muscle. She was also placed on medication to help prevent re-formation of capsule contracture. Her photos are taken at 6 weeks. She is pleased with her softer and more naturally shaped breasts, and is happy with her size (390cc moderate profile), which gives her 5’4” inch slender frame a proportional look.
