This is a 54 year old who was concerned about “looking tired all of the time, even when I’m not I have deep circles under my eyes.” She had no history of eye problems. She underwent an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting to the deep creases (infraorbital rim) to smooth these areas out. Sutures were removed at day 4 after surgery and she returned to normal activities at that time.
