This is 28-year-old young woman from Kentucky was interested in breast reshaping. Her goals were to be “proportional, have cleavage with a bra or shirt, feel like a girl, and to feel better about self.” After discussing all of her options and trying on implants she chose to proceed with saline 325 cc to 350 cc high profile implants placed sub-muscularly with an inframammary incision.
