This is a 33 year-old young woman from Clarksville, who was interested in breast augmentation. Her goals were to “have perky, big, beautiful boobs, a full C.” The left breast is slightly larger than the right and there is mild ptosis bilaterally. We discussed her options: 1) doing nothing 2) implants alone or 3) implants with a vertical lift. She and her husband made the decision to proceed with a breast augmentation and lift with moderate profile implants in the 270cc range.
