This 27 year old has wanted breast reduction since his teens. He was taunted and ridiculed by classmates for excessive breast size as a teen and was extremely self-conscious of that feature as a result. He is 5’7” and weighs 198 lbs. He was counselled on diet and exercise. Tumescent liposuction of his chest was performed by Dr. Kaye using a Micro-Aire powered handpiece and tumescent anesthesia with deep sedation. He was profoundly relieved to have this problem corrected and behind him.
